FACILITATION SERVICES

What are facilitation services, where are they and who has used them in the past?

We currently employ two full time staff in Nicaragua; Jeannette Stevens Perez and Karla Alonso Reyes.  They work out of our facilities in Granada, Nicaragua.  Our staff oversees our projects in Pantanal and help facilitate Rotary projects we are involved with such as the computer lab at the Casa Ave Maria School in Masaya, Nic.  Specific types of facilitation services offered include (but are not limited to) the following:

Obtaining permits
Project management
Interview and employ workers
Obtain bids
Pay bills for projects
Manage funds for projects
Basic interpretation
Coordinate travel inside of Nicaragua
Photography

Fee structure |
We charge 15 usd per hour plus out of pocket expenses and auto mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate.
