GOCARE was originally established by a group of Rotarians who had developed programs in Nicaragua for people living in extreme poverty. GOCARE continues to maintain its association with Rotary projects and works in support of various Rotary club programs in Nicaragua and Mexico.
We fund program elements that do not fall under the funding criteria of the Rotary Foundation for their grant programs such as salaries and, in some instances such as schools, we also fund the physical structures.

• Fund a micro credit program for the community --------------------------------------------------------- • Develope an alumni program to identify and maintain contact with our program graduates with the idea of using them to help other people in the community.
